Megan’s worked across a wide range of industries-from healthcare and aerospace to high-tech and nonprofit-and brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to every search.
Most recently, Megan worked as a Senior Recruiter at Samuel Staffing, a national healthcare recruiting firm. She specialized in full-cycle hiring for tough-to-fill mid-level practitioner roles and helped grow the firm’s client base through strong relationship-building and smart business development.
Before that, she supported a fast-paced hiring push at MD Helicopters, where she focused on recruiting specialized engineering and manufacturing talent. Megan has also held recruiting roles at Intel Corporation and A New Leaf, where she led high-volume hiring efforts and introduced data-driven practices that made the hiring process faster and more efficient.

What drives Megan most is helping teams grow by finding the right match—not just for the role, but for the long-term. She got her start in staffing and sales in Portland and San Francisco before returning home to Arizona, bringing with her a consultative style and a commitment to making the hiring experience positive for both candidates and employers.
Megan earned her Bachelor’s degree in Advertising from Northern Arizona University and loves using her background in marketing to build strong employer brands and connect with great talent.
Outside of work, you’ll find her volunteering with community workforce programs, painting, or traveling with her family.
